2:00 - CAPTAIN PATCH & THE MERMAID MOLLIES

3:30 - THE LEWIS CHESSMEN

Band info etc:

Swale Rider:
Swale Rider has nothing to do with Clint Eastwood, ponchos, cigarettes or cowboy hats. Indeed, most of the band have never been near a horse. Instead, it is a folk/rock combo formed by Mike Richardson and Piers McGinn in Bronx area of Faversham in November 2015. We play mainly covers comprising well-known songs from a better, vanished time. Sometimes we wear shorts on stage, sometimes flip-flops. Big toes are a speciality. McGinn is mellifluous, whilst Rarraty simply roars. Munns taps the drums whilst Richardson revels in corruscating chordal progressions. We play folk, prog, sometimes mixed with poke and frog. Once you've seen us you'll leave with a smile on your face, but I guess that's schadenfreude for you.

Captain Patch & The Mermaid Mollies:
"Captain Patch are a group of scurvy sea dogs who (according to a man in a pub in Sandwich) bring 'balls' to folk music in Kent and surrounding areas. Upbeat, toe tapping, feet stomping and, if we can persuade people - dance! Music is what Captain Patch are about."

The Lewis Chessmen

The Lewis Chessmen is a group of musicians who play gigs. Sometimes there are two of us, sometimes three and sometimes four. We play all sorts of music ranging from Pink Floyd to modern hits like Human by Rag'n'Bone man.
PiF: This will be a 4 man, electric TLC
