There will be outdoor lights and bonfires and glorious poets and a musical duo- Rapturous- performing. All this fun leads us up to remembering the beautiful green gaze with Matt Chamberlain, our headline poet. Reading from his new book and perhaps even some archive dipping, Matt can make you laugh or cry or be stunned to sweet reverence of the spoken word. He turns himself to pathos, romance,comedy,theatre on the spin of a semi- colon. You will be sad to miss this event- a real highlight in Faversham’s literary and culinary and cultural calendar."
