The Market Inn Strummers are a ukulele collective, based in Faversham and drawing in players from the town and surrounds.
Playing an eclectic mix of numbers from Hank Williams to the Undertones - via Elvis and Jesse J. - the Strummers' infectious good-time music on miniature 4-string guitars is a sight to behold. Or something like that.
What better way to prepare for Faversham Town FC's historic playoff final that afternoon!
(NB that may be a bit presumptious - we have to win on Tuesday night first...)
