Roy performs at venues all over the country, and his commitment to placing traditional music firmly at the heart of the contemporary sees him often working in partnership with regional and local organisations and groups, on a variety of projects from festivals, education and heritage to social care settings.

He spent much of 2011/12 touring with Mick Ryan and a cast of top quality folk performers (Mick Ryan, Paul Downes, Heather Bradford, Judy Dunlop, Maggie Boyle, Phoebe Kirrage) in Mick's folk opera "The Pauper's Path" playing at a variety of venues including most of the UK's major Folk Festivals.

NOTE: From next week the Folk Club will be moving back to the Chimney Boy now that the refurbishment has been completed.
"Faversham Folk Club would like to offer it’s sincere thanks to Clive, Angie and Eric at the Brents Tavern for saving us in our hour of need, making us more than welcome and treating us so very well. Lovely people!"
