Artists in the Woods, a unique one day event held in the beautiful surroundings of Oare Gunpowder Works Country Park, on the outskirts of Faversham. This Year our theme is Nature, Myths and Magic, which unravels along the magical natural pathways of the woods.
Artists will be showcasing their works. Along with this there will be a range of free workshops for children, musical performances, food and beverages, a range of high quality craft work to be seen and a chance to meet your local creatives.
If you have never visited the woods before, it is an opportunity to explore a beautiful nature site, and for those who enjoy Oare already, a chance to see something spectacular.
PiF: There are many annual festivals and events in Faversham but for me, this is by far, the best.
